This photograph was taken
from a favorite spot of mine near Discovery Point, on
the East Rim of Crater Lake. This full moonrise shot was
taken during the twilight, shortly after sunset and just
before full darkness had set in. It was just an hour's
snowshoe trip and doesn't require an overnight stay to
get this shot.
