Rouse to mark 50 years

MOUNT VERNON — Jim and Jo Rouse will mark their 50th anniversary
Thursday, May 4, 2006. They will celebrate during a family
brunch.

The couple’s children are Betty and Randy Buholts of Salem,
Ore., and Barbara and Dale Barnard of Brush Prairie. They have
three grandchildren — Angela, Trenton and Troy.
Jim is the distribution manager for MacGregor Publishing
Company. He retired from the National Park Service after a
34-year career, during which he served as superintendent of
North Cascades and Crater Lake national parks.
The Rouses were married May 4, 1956, in the chapel at Colorado
State University in Fort Collins, Colo.
