UNAVOIDABLE ADVERSE EFFECTS
There would be no unavoidable adverse impacts
of major intensity that would result from implementing alternative 3. A
reduction in the range of interpretive programs would result in moderate long
term adverse impacts to visitor enjoyment of interpretive programs. An increase
in concessioner staffing to maintain and operate the shuttle system would result
in moderate long- term adverse impacts on concession operations.
