Soils and Geology

Negligible – an action that could cause change in soil and geology, but the
change would be so small that it would not be of any measurable or perceptible
consequence.

Minor – an action that could change soil and geology, but the change would be
slight and localized with few measurable consequences.

Moderate – an action that would result in readily apparent changes to soil
and geology with measurable consequences.

Major – a substantial adverse or beneficial change to soil and geology would
result.
